How to Purchase Coaching Membership Package

To register for a Coaching Membership Package, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill out the form below and you will be contacted with booking options for your sessions.

Step 2: Once you confirm your session dates/times, you are required to make full payment 24 hours prior to your session.

Note: Memberships are subscription services which are paid via invoice. If you choose to Pay Monthly your payment will be due no later than 24 hours before your first session for each month of your membership. Gift Memberships must be paid in full. Delivery of the Gift Memberships are by postal service or email.
